Frequently Asked Questions
These answers keep expectations practical. Exact work scope and costs depend on your product and order needs.
What information should I send for a sourcing request?
Send a product photo, product link or description, estimated quantity, destination country and any material, packaging, branding or certification requirements. More detail helps suppliers reply faster.
Do I need to speak Chinese to source from China?
No. I can help clarify details with Chinese suppliers and summarize practical supplier replies in English so you can compare options more clearly.
Can you help with small orders?
Sometimes. It depends on the product, MOQ and supplier type. Very small personal shopping requests are usually not a good fit, but trial orders for real business projects can be reviewed.
Is the initial request review free?
Yes. You can send the product information first. Detailed supplier research, quotation comparison, sample coordination and order follow-up are quoted after the scope is clear.
How are sourcing fees calculated?
Fees depend on product complexity, quantity, supplier research, communication and coordination work required. Sourcing Support starts from USD 100 depending on the project.
Can you arrange samples?
Yes. Sample cost, courier details, product notes and supplier communication can be coordinated after suitable supplier options are found.
Do you provide factory inspection?
I can coordinate third-party inspection when needed. Inspection fees, inspection scope and timing are confirmed separately with the inspection provider.
Do you handle shipping?
I can assist with shipping coordination and supplier handover details. Freight, duties, taxes, customs clearance and destination charges are confirmed separately with the relevant providers.
Can you work with startup brands?
Yes. Startup brands are a good fit when there is a clear product direction, estimated quantity and realistic budget. I can help compare suppliers and clarify customization details.
What products are not a good fit?
Requests involving unsafe products, restricted goods, fake certificates, fake labels, unrealistic prices or unclear personal shopping needs may not be suitable.
Still Have a Product to Check?
Send the product request and I will review whether it is suitable before we discuss detailed sourcing work.
