Can you help with small trial orders?
Small commercial trial orders may be considered depending on the product, supplier MOQ, and total project value. The service is not intended for individual retail purchases.
Can you arrange samples?
Yes. I can coordinate samples with suppliers. Sample fees, domestic delivery, and international courier costs are paid separately.
How do you compare suppliers?
I review available information such as price, MOQ, materials, specifications, customization, production time, communication, packaging, and payment terms. This does not guarantee a single best supplier.
Do you provide inspection support?
I can coordinate an independent third-party inspection provider. The provider’s scope, timing, and fee are confirmed separately.
Does the sourcing fee include shipping?
Shipping coordination may be included, but actual international freight, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, destination charges, and delivery costs are quoted separately unless clearly included in a written quotation.
What projects are the best fit?

How are Plus Plan fees calculated?
Plus Plan pricing starts from USD 100. The final sourcing service fee depends on the order value, number of products, complexity, supplier communication required, sample coordination, and level of order management. The supplier’s confirmed product price and sourcing service fee are shown separately.
Does the Pro Plan have a sourcing commission?
The Pro Plan does not show a separate sourcing commission. Paul China Sourcing provides one final product quotation with the sourcing service, operational costs, and business margin already included. Shipping, inspection, customs, taxes, certification, and other external costs are quoted separately where applicable.
Is warehouse receiving included?
Warehouse receiving and basic cargo organisation may be included depending on the selected plan and project arrangement. Domestic delivery to the warehouse, extended storage, special handling, repacking, and other warehouse services may be charged separately.
Is basic cargo checking a professional inspection?
No. Basic cargo checking generally covers visible quantity, packaging condition, and basic order information. A detailed quality inspection should be completed by an independent third-party inspection provider and is charged separately.
